Britt Terrell

Britt Terrell is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in capital markets and investment banking. Currently serving as Managing Director - Head of Capital Markets at Palm Tree LLC since January 2023, Britt previously founded and managed Backbone Capital Advisors, a boutique investment bank that provides capital solutions for lower middle market transactions, from April 2011 to January 2023. Prior to that, Britt held a key role at The Gores Group, managing all debt financings for the private equity fund, and accumulated approximately $2 billion in debt commitments. Early career experience includes serving as Underwriting Manager at Wells Fargo Capital Finance, focusing on credit structuring and due diligence. Britt Terrell holds a BA in Business Economics from UC Santa Barbara, earned between 1982 and 1985.
