Chris Walling

Mr. Walling brings over 20 years of international experience in corporate finance and accounting, and vast experience integrating operations, navigating mergers, acquisitions, carve-outs and restructurings. He has significant treasury experience, performed control analysis and remediation, and implemented and streamlined accounting and FP&A processes.

Before joining Palm Tree, Mr. Walling was VP Controller at APC Automotive Technologies, a PE owned automotive aftermarket supplier, and Director of FP&A Schrader International, a PE owned tier one automotive supplier. He founded a consulting firm focused on providing accounting, finance and restructuring support to PE owned companies. He was an internal audit manager for a publicly traded UK company and an auditor for KPMG and PwC with a mix of public and private clients.​

Mr. Walling earned his MBA from the University of St. Thomas in Minneapolis and his BS in Biology from the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis. He is a licensed CPA in the state of Colorado. Mr. Walling volunteers his time as treasurer on the board of Real Life Colorado. He enjoys cooking, spending time outside and travel with his wife and three children.
