Joseph Wade works on engagements across Palm Tree’s transition and transformation services, with an emphasis on process mapping and performance improvement.
Mr. Wade brings over 25 years of experience in operational leadership and process improvement.
Before joining Palm Tree, Mr. Wade worked for MRV Communications, driving process and system improvement efforts in both finance and operations. Previously, he spent 20 years at Technicolor in a variety of business process and executive management roles including Head of Film Manufacturing.
Mr. Wade serves as President of a local non-profit and enjoys spending time with his wife and two children.
