Chris Mischel

Chris Mischel is a seasoned civil engineering professional with extensive experience in project management and business development. Currently serving as Senior Project Manager at Palmer Engineering since January 1998, Chris oversees project engineers and collaborates with various stakeholders, including other department heads and external partners. Previously, as Director of Civil Engineering at Palmer Engineering, Chris managed a team of engineers and fostered growth in multiple markets, including federal programs and natural resources. Prior to this role, Chris was the Director of Civil Engineering at JBL Technical Solutions, where responsibilities included project management and civil engineering design. Chris began the career as an Engineering Assistant at Denhem Blythe and holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Kentucky.
