David OHagan

David OHagan is a Senior Project Manager at Palmer Engineering, where they are responsible for engineering, business development, and marketing transportation design services. Previously, they held various key positions including Chief Operating Officer at J. Muller International and Southeast Branch Manager at JMI Engineers. David's extensive experience in bridge design includes working on significant projects such as the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway Connector and various precast segmental concrete bridges across the Southeastern US. They earned both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in engineering from Auburn University, graduating with honors.
