Robert Oney

Robert Oney is a Senior Environmental Biologist at Palmer Engineering, a position held since March 2022. Previously, Robert served as a Certified Wildlife Biologist at both the Jackson Group from May 2017 to March 2022 and Apogee from June 2013 to April 2017. With over a decade of experience in ecological field studies across the eastern United States, Robert has supported transportation, resource extraction, and land development projects, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, including the Endangered Species Act and various permit processes. Robert holds a Bachelor's degree in Wildlife Management from Eastern Kentucky University, obtained between 1998 and 2002, and has received training from the Wetland Training Institute.
