William Conkin

William Conkin, PE, PTOE, PMP, is an experienced Project Manager at Palmer Engineering, where tenure began in 2005. Initially a Project Engineer after completing a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Kentucky, William was promoted to Project Manager, leading a variety of civil engineering projects, including roadway designs and traffic analyses. In addition to civil engineering roles, William serves as a Commander in the US Navy Reserve, managing engineering initiatives across Central, Latin, and South America since 2005. William's leadership has contributed to the success and growth of a new satellite office at Palmer Engineering, fostering a results-oriented team.
