Why Palmer Foundry?

As a leading casting manufacturer, we are the experts at leveraging the advantages of aluminum casting to deliver better parts for lower costs than other fabrication methods, including machined billets and stainless steel or aluminum welded components.

Our aluminum castings are recognized and trusted to meet the most demanding specifications. We specialize in aluminum casting technologies for complex, unique and challenging applications.

We produce castings for countless industrial applications with demanding specifications.

•Our castings are vacuum tight, oil tight, pressure tight and dimensionally stable.
•Our aluminum castings deliver near net shape.
•We can produce highly complex parts, of almost any size, and we often combine multiple parts into one.
•We can manufacture “cast in” parts such as stainless steel tubing.

Palmer Foundry is proud of its ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System certification. Whether we are enhancing our aluminum casting technologies, eliminating process variability, or implementing new inspection methods, our QMS provides the framework needed to address risk and monitor and measure business performance. By effectively using and improving our management systems, we consistently provide castings that meet customer requirements while enhancing customer satisfaction.
