Andi Summers

Andi Summers has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. They started their career as a Store Manager at Hot Dog on a Stick, where they led teams and managed the employee lifecycle. They then moved on to become a Site Director at Rancho Simi Recreation and Park District, where they played a key role in creating a leadership enrichment program and managed the employee lifecycle.

Andi then joined Deluxe as part of the Learning & Development team, where they co-created a global leader development strategy and implemented a global performance management process. They also led the implementation of an LMS/HRIS system and introduced a global e-learning approach.

After that, Andi worked at FMG Leading as a Talent & Coaching Manager and Consultant, where they provided strategic HR advisory services to healthcare practice clients and contributed to firm strategy and structure.

Andi then served as the Chief People Officer at NOLS, a global nonprofit, where they were responsible for People Operations, Equity & Inclusion, Internal Communication, and Global Talent Strategy. They introduced and executed strategies addressing culture, DE&I, and compliance across multiple countries.

Andi's most recent experience includes roles at UC San Diego Extension as an Instructor and at Palmetto as the Head of People | VP, People & Culture. At Palmetto, they also held the position of VP, Talent Management & Total Rewards and Senior Director, People Effectiveness & Optimization.
