Rishab Kumar

Rish Kumar currently serves as the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager at Palmetto, where responsibilities include leading P&L management and pricing strategies across various business units and designing strategic improvements to enhance construction operations and customer experience. Prior to Palmetto, Rish held the role of Strategic Operations Lead at Stellar Health, successfully launching a pilot program and driving multiple business development projects. Rish's career began at Navigant as a Consultant, where foundational consulting skills were developed while supporting high-profile client projects. Additional experience includes roles at Guidehouse as Engagement Manager and Senior Consultant, and early internships at Quorum Consulting, Capital Solutions, and research positions at Penn Medicine and The Wharton School. Rish holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Math from the University of Pennsylvania.
