Heini Backman is an experienced customer service and tourism professional with a diverse background in managing customer relations and travel operations. Currently serving as a Customer Service Coordinator at Palmia Oy since January 2013, Heini adeptly handles the complexities of a busy conference center and business park while achieving strong sales and customer service outcomes. As a Tour Leader for Muinaisen Egyptin Matkat and DiveTravel Finland, occasional guiding work complements a solid foundation laid during previous roles, including Production Supervisor and Destination Manager at Alma Tour Oy, and Destination Manager at Domina Travel.
