Gene Chang

Gene Chang currently serves as Manager of M&A Origination at Paloe, focusing on M&A advisory for SME deals ranging from SGD5 million to SGD30 million and leading fundraising efforts for SMEs and start-ups. Previously, Gene held the position of Business Development Manager at CGS-CIMB Securities, where responsibilities included establishing a framework for Wealth Management and supporting high net worth clientele. Additionally, as Deputy Head of Private Wealth at Phillip Securities Pte Ltd, Gene led the Private Wealth Department and launched significant initiatives such as the Philip MyWealth app. With a diverse entrepreneurial background, Gene has experience in various sectors, including luxury brand distribution and investment consulting. Gene obtained a Bachelor of Business with a major in Management from Edith Cowan University in Perth.
