Will Derrick is currently the Executive Vice President of Business Development at Paloma Resources, LLC, a Houston-based private oil and gas company, and a partner at Derrick Interests Inc, a privately-held real estate and investment company. Previously, Will founded and served as a partner at Wayfinder Resources Holdings, LLC from 2016 to 2021 and worked in energy equity research at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey from 2013 to 2016. Will is also pursuing education at Millsaps College.
