Michael Vierk

Michael Vierk began their work experience as an English Teacher at Juangnan University in 2009. In the same year, they joined KPMG US as a Senior Associate and worked there until 2014. From 2014 to 2018, they were employed at Obalon Therapeutics, where they held the position of Senior Manager Financial Reporting. During their time at Obalon Therapeutics, they oversaw various financial responsibilities, including SEC filings, FP&A, equity accounting, and administration. In 2018, Vierk joined Palomar as an Associate Vice President of Financial Reporting and later transitioned to the role of Vice President of FP&A and SEC Reporting in October 2020.

Michael Vierk attended Butler University - Lacy School of Business from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting and Spanish.
