Louis Palomas created his chocolate factory in 1917 in the heart of Lyon, the capital of French gastronomy. The Maison Palomas is the custodian of unique specialities such as the Palets de Fourvière or the Délicia which delight lovers of all generations. This creative spirit is at the origin of our House. The uniqueness of our chocolates and confectionery has made our reputation.

Since 2011 Dominique Clerc is the Master Chocolatier of the House. He ensures the quality of the products, the pleasure of the customers as well as the harmonious development of this fine chocolate factory of artisanal tradition.  

The House of Palomas choose exceptional ingredients and work them to bring out the aromas naturally. Its unique know-how offers to its customers to enjoy a moment of pleasure to share.
