Itay Weingarten is an experienced project manager currently leading a team of product development designers at PALRAM 4U since September 2019. In this role, Itay oversees product lifecycle management and conducts analysis and research on products, markets, trends, and users. Additionally, Itay co-founded FungiFly, an e-commerce brand specializing in print-on-demand, in January 2023 and previously served as a product design mentor at MAX Initiative from November 2017 to January 2020. Itay also worked as an industrial designer at Palram Applications for a decade, where responsibilities included product development and implementation of ERP systems. Previous entrepreneurial ventures include co-founding LEAFTER from May 2017 to May 2019, and holding a position as an industrial designer at Set Masoret. Itay holds a Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship from The College of Management Academic Studies and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design from Bezalel Academy of Art and Design.
