We are PALSE, an innovative food start-up aspiring to transform pulses, fruits & vegetables into irresistible snacks!
We were born in 2022 from Vassilis & Argyris. Two agronomists with long & established careers at multinational companies in Greece and abroad. Their passion however to make a positive impact to their local community and improve people's diets, made them quit their jobs and dare to innovate.
