Jens Knudsen

Jens Knudsen is an experienced purchasing professional currently serving as the Regional Purchasing Manager at Palsgaard A/S since September 2022. Previously, Jens held positions as Category Manager Packaging and Strategisk indkøber at Good Food Group from September 2020 to September 2022. Prior to that, Jens worked at Dagrofa ApS from December 2011 to August 2020, taking on roles as Indkøber Frugt and Grønt and Kategoricontroller. Jens holds a Master's degree in International Business Development from the University of Southern Denmark and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Aarhus University, along with a Matematisk Student degree from Rødkilde Amtsgymnasium.
