Joris Dhont

Joris Dhont has extensive experience in the brewing and food production sectors, currently serving as Site Director at Palsgaard Netherlands B.V. since September 2019. Prior to this role, Joris held positions as Plant Manager at Boortmalt and Lamb Weston Meijer, with significant tenure at HEINEKEN from April 2001 to December 2016, where responsibilities included overseeing multiple breweries, a soft drink plant, and a maltery in various managerial roles such as Plant Manager Obour & ABC Technological Controller and Technical Director at Brarudi in Burundi. Joris's career began with the Heineken Management Trainee Program, followed by various roles focused on quality improvement, process technology, and risk management in Ghana and other locations. Joris holds a Master's degree in Bioprocess Technology from Wageningen University & Research.
