The Political Animals Mentorship Network (PAMN Mentors) programme was founded in 2023 to empower young people in Humanities fields by bridging the gap between academic knowledge and real-world career opportunities. 

PAMN Mentors is an initiative of Humanities Bridge Consultants Pvt. Ltd. a for youth by youth social enterprise which supports projects across key development sectors, including education, economic empowerment, climate change, gender equality, social justice, localisation, and decolonisation.

Through mentorship, career mapping, and capacity-building programmes, PAMN Mentors equips students and early career professionals with the skills needed to navigate evolving job markets.

Our programme champions youth empowerment, inclusion, and equality, ensuring that Humanities graduates are well-prepared to contribute meaningfully to society. Our work aligns with global efforts to strengthen the social sciences, recognising their vital role in shaping informed, adaptable, and engaged professionals.
