The Pan Disability Connection (PDC) is a Collective Impact Initiative led by ten organizations in Edmonton, working together to identify and eliminate systemic barriers to employment for persons with disabilities.
Our diverse and vibrant network of employers, self-advocates and service providers will work together to support both meaningful employment opportunities for persons with disabilities and inclusive healthy workplaces, ensuring always that the process is measurable, transparent, and sustainable.
