At Pan Impact Foundation (PIF) formerly MIYO, we are on a mission to create pathways for African first-generations to thrive personally, educationally, and professionally. We empower African students (high school, college), as well as early-career professionals, with the tools, resources, and connections they need to succeed while strengthening their sense of purpose, identity, and community.

PIF serves the African diaspora—particularly those in low-resourced communities—by providing programs that foster growth, connection, and empowerment. From faith-based initiatives to professional development, our work reflects the collective values of service, education, and belonging.

Our Pillars
Roots of Faith: Fostering deep connections to faith that serve as a foundation for personal and professional growth.

Takes a Village: Embodying the collective responsibility to uplift, empower, and take care of one another.

Passport to the Future: Inspired by Malcolm X, "education is the passport to the future," we focus on professional development by offering education and career support.

Unity Beyond Borders: Strengthening connections across the African diaspora through cross-boarder initiatives.

Our Vision
A future where African youth are empowered, united in service, and equipped with the knowledge and resources to thrive.
