Ali Shepherd has extensive experience in the publishing industry, currently serving as Process Director at Pan Macmillan since March 2010. Previous roles at Pan Macmillan include Head of Business Process, Business Process Innovation Manager, Acting Head of Editorial Services, Editorial Manager, and Desk Editor. Prior to this, Ali worked as a Desk Editor at Constable & Robinson Ltd from June 2008 to March 2010. Ali holds a Master’s degree in Publishing from UCL and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Leeds, along with education from Sevenoaks School and St Leonard's Mayfield School.
