Jo Mower is an experienced finance professional with a career spanning over two decades in the publishing industry. Currently serving as Finance Director at Pan Macmillan since October 2010, Jo has held various key positions including Finance Director of Adult Publishing and Head of Commercial Finance. Prior experience includes roles at Penguin Books, where Jo progressed from Business Analyst to Forecasting Manager between 2006 and 2010, and earlier positions at Silver Altman as an Auditor.
