Robert Salm

Robert Salm has extensive experience in quality engineering, highlighted by a long tenure as Senior Quality Engineer at Pan-Oston Company since June 2007, where significant contributions included implementing and maintaining the ISO 9001:2008 system and serving as lead auditor for various audits. Prior roles included Supplier Quality Engineer positions at Magna Car Top Systems and Daicel Safety Systems America, focusing on supplier base development and on-site audits. Robert began in quality engineering at Franklin Precision Industry, Inc., overseeing multiple manufacturing processes, and earlier experience as a Test Laboratory Specialist at Red Spot Paint involved contributions to QS9000 standards and internal audits. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science with dual majors in History and Political Science from the University of Southern Indiana and a Master of Arts in European History from Western Kentucky University.
