At Panah Foundation, we are on a mission to empower the unorganized workforce of India. Founded in 2015, our organization is committed to supporting the dignity and livelihood challenges faced by migrant workers. Through innovative programs and initiatives, we advocate for their rights, entitlements, and overall well-being.

Our work is rooted in real-life experiences. Our founder, Naresh Sijapati, has personally walked in the shoes of a rag picker, tea boy, factory worker, and waiter. These experiences ignited a passion to make a difference in the lives of those often marginalized in society.

We believe in the power of collective action. Panah Foundation collaborates with individuals, institutions, corporates, and donors worldwide to drive integrated community development in Ahmedabad. Together, we create one-stop centers that provide access to essential services and support for communities in need.

Our vision is clear: to empower every citizen to become a smart citizen who is aware of government schemes, attains a good livelihood, and earns a dignified life. Through our initiatives like Online Saathi and Digital Literacy Programs, we are bridging the digital divide, connecting individuals with government schemes, and creating a more inclusive society.
