Our Approach
We believe meaningful therapy is built on the relationship between client and clinician. Our team takes time to understand what each person is carrying, then tailors a plan that fits their life. We are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield (PPO), Aetna PPO, Cigna PPO, and UnitedHealthcare, and we offer a free 15-minute consultation to help new clients find the right fit.

For Clinicians
We are always glad to connect with licensed therapists in Illinois (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT) who want to do meaningful clinical work in a supportive, well-run practice. Our clinicians enjoy steady referrals, full administrative support, flexible scheduling, and real opportunities for growth.
