PANASEA is a French non-profit surf therapy organization based in the Basque Country whose mission is to change lives through the ocean and surfing. Our purpose is to use the ocean, the waves & the salty air as a tool to transform lives, to heal and give hope to people facing mental health challenges. 
We combine ocean therapy with structured programs focusing on mental health & well-being, emotional awareness & expression, managing & accepting difficult feelings, working on acceptance, confidence & overcoming fears or barriers in a safe space.
