Lucy Caiger

Lucy Caiger has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Lucy began their career in 2009 as a Consultant at BAE Systems Applied Intelligence and worked there until 2015. Lucy then moved on to Cognevo as a Solutions Consultant from 2015 to 2016. In 2016, they joined Telstra as a Security Solutions Architect for a year. In 2018, Lucy co-founded WEDS - We Empower Diverse Startups, where they served as a Co-founding Organizer until 2020. Currently, they are working at Panaseer, starting as a Delivery Lead in 2017 and progressing to Manager of Delivery and Project Management in 2022. From February 2023, they hold the position of Head of CS Delivery & Operations.

From 2004 to 2008, Lucy Caiger studied Chemistry at the University of Warwick.
