Kazuma Wada is currently the Sales and Business Development Lead at Panasonic, where they focus on advancing business strategies and sales initiatives. Previously, Kazuma worked as a Sales Specialist at Leonardo, introducing civil helicopter products to the Japanese market, and at Koito Manufacturing Co., Ltd., where they led the Overseas Sales team and played a pivotal role in securing contracts for lighting solutions for Boeing aircraft. Kazuma's engineering background includes experience as a Development/Test Engineer in avionics and aircraft lighting for various Boeing and military aircraft. They hold a Bachelor of Commerce degree in International Business from Chuo University and an education in electronics from Kushiro National College of Technology.
