With previous roles at Rakuten and Sumitomo Heavy Industries, they have dedicated their career to diversity promotion and organizational development. While raising three children,朱里 struggled to balance work and home life, solidifying their commitment to diversity and inclusion as a lifelong mission. An avid athlete,朱里 participates in various sports, including triathlon and Spartan races, and embraces challenges as a guiding principle in both life and work. They hold a degree in Management from Aoyama Gakuin University.
