Rakesh has held key roles at companies such as Whirlpool Corporation, Panasonic, and Philips Lighting India, leading teams to deliver groundbreaking products and cost-saving initiatives. Currently, Rakesh is the Head of Research and Development for Lighting at Orient Electric while still serving as General Manager at Panasonic. Rakesh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Srinagar.
