Siddharth Kumar

Siddharth Kumar is a Senior AI Engineer II at Panasonic, leading novel AI development since September 2023. Previously, Siddharth served as a Senior ML Engineer (Research) at the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD), where a notable achievement included developing an AI-based plastic classification system using hyperspectral imaging. Siddharth's background also includes a Computer Vision Intern position at Polybee, focusing on plant health monitoring, and a Machine Learning Intern role at Prudential Assurance Company Singapore, automating KYC procedures through OCR. Additional experience includes research roles at SUTD and Harvard-MIT Health Sciences and Technology, and founding BioP, a startup recognized with the World Summit Awards for innovation in 3D printing.
