Derek Sinclair, P.Eng., PE, is a seasoned professional in construction and project management, currently serving as Senior Vice President, Design and Construction at Panattoni Development Company Canada since May 2014, as well as Sr. Director, Construction at Panattoni Development Company since March 2023. Derek oversees project milestones in Western Canada, leads project teams for development execution, and previously held significant roles at V3 Companies of Canada Ltd., Guidant, LLC, and Contour, Inc., where expertise ranged from business development to corporate strategy and management of land development projects. Derek holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Washington.
