Aaron Saffa is a seasoned professional in the film and production industry, currently serving as the Manager of the New Filmmaker Program at Panavision since November 2019, where outreach and support for aspiring filmmakers are prioritized. In addition, Aaron co-founded 705 Hollywood in January 2014, delivering scalable production solutions focused on esports, music, dance, and lifestyle content. Previous roles include Account Manager at Eastman Kodak, where relationships with major studios and independent filmmakers were cultivated, and positions at Encompass Media Group and Fractious, alongside experience as a Professional Musician. Aaron began a career in operations at Eastman Kodak and held the title of Head of Production at Bonfire Films of America. Aaron earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from UCLA in 1996.
