Derek Kimball has a diverse work experience. Derek worked at Technicolor from 2002 to 2013, holding various positions such as Production Manager, Operations Manager, and Printer Maintenance Department Supervisor. In these roles, they were responsible for managing staff levels, improving workflow processes, and coordinating with other departments to meet customer demands. In 2014, they joined Jones Lang LaSalle as a Planner/Scheduling Lead. Finally, in 2016, they joined Panavision as the Director of Manufacturing Operations and later became the Vice President of Manufacturing.
Derek Kimball obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Biology from California Lutheran University from 1994 to 1996. Derek further pursued their education at the same institution, completing their MBA with a focus on Management and Organizational Behavior from 1998 to 2000.
