Steve Boyce has over 25 years of experience in the film and television industry, specializing in optical product management and engineering at Panavision since January 1997. In the role of Optical Product Manager/Product Engineer, Steve oversees lens projects from concept to release, ensuring adherence to schedules and development of quality control standards. Previous positions at Panavision include Senior Lens Technician and Assistant Manager for the camera preparation department. Steve also held roles at VFG, Network 10 Australia, Network 7 Media Group, and the Australian Government Department of Agriculture and Water Resources, gaining extensive experience in camera operation, service, and maintenance. Steve earned a Bachelor's degree in Film/Video and Photographic Arts from Moreton College from 1992 to 1995.
