Carnit Hess has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. They started their career at UltraShape as a Customer Relationship Manager in 2005 and worked there until 2012. Later, they joined Dip-Tech as a Customers Logistic Manager from 2012 to 2017. Most recently, Carnit has been with Panaya, where they held various roles such as Director of Sales Operations & Deal Desk from 2017 to 2021, then transitioning to VP Revenue Operations in 2021.

Carnit Hess completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from 1995 to 1998.
