Matt Thomas

Matt Thomas has a diverse work experience in the field of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and environmental management. Matt started their career in 2012 as a Seismic Survey Exploration specialist at Seiclone Surveys Inc, where they managed and delegated operations, ensured safety measures, processed data, and mapped land for hazards. In 2015, they joined Envirotest, Ltd. as an Environmental Technician, where they worked until 2016. Following that, they worked at TGE Resources, Inc. as an Environmental Technical/Project Manager from 2016 to 2017. Matt then moved to Discovery Acquisition Services as a GIS Data Manager from 2017 to 2019. Currently, they are working at Pandell as a Geographic Information System Specialist, starting in 2019.

Matt Thomas received their Bachelor's Degree in University Studies with concentrations in Engineering, Sociology, and Personal Finance from Texas Tech University. Matt attended Texas Tech University from 2010 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate's Degree in Math & Science from Blinn College, where they studied from 2007 to 2009. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in OSHA HAZWOPER from National Environmental Trainers, Inc. in November 2016, and in Safety and Quality from the Manufacturing Skills Standards Council in March 2012.
