Patrick Dunn

Patrick Dunn is currently the General Counsel & Head of People at Pandion. Patrick has previously served as the General Counsel and Chief People Officer at Bluecrew and as a Senior Corporate Counsel at Amazon. Patrick began their career as a Partner at Kirkland & Ellis LLP.

Patrick has spent their career developing innovative legal solutions for technology-oriented companies. At Bluecrew, they pioneered clickthrough employment contracts, high-velocity commercial contracting, deep-dive cost/benefit analysis for legal risk mitigation, and scalable litigation management. At Amazon, they were a legal business partner for Consumer Engagement, covering strategic initiatives for consumer engagement in foundational ecommerce systems and features, mobile app development, customer-generated community content, personalization, social & search advertising, marketing and transactional messages, affiliate and influencer marketing, AmazonSmile, and more.

Patrick is dedicated to delivering a positive working experience for employees. At Bluecrew, they developed Remote+ Working experience for internal Team Members, Platform HR services for Crew Members, and Compliance/Safety measures. At Amazon, they helped create a positive work environment by partnering with managers to create development plans and improve team performance.

Patrick received their law degree from Kirkland & Ellis LLP in 2007 and has been practicing law since then. Patrick is an expert in employment law, commercial contracting, and compliance/safety measures.

Patrick Dunn attended the University of Pittsburgh, where they received their Bachelor's degree in Biology and Finance. Patrick then attended the University of Chicago Law School, where they received their J.D. Patrick is currently certified by Washington in In-house Bar Qualification and by the State of California and the State of Illinois as a Bar Qualified Attorney.
