Chris West

Chris West has a diverse work experience starting from 2017 when they worked as a Sales Associate at J.Crew. From 2018 to 2019, they served as the Production and Design Editor at Yale Daily News, where they played a crucial role in the layout and overall redesign of the school paper. In 2019, they worked as an Electrician and Light Board Operator at Santa Cruz Shakespeare.

Starting in 2020, Chris transitioned into the field of research, initially working as a Sustainability Research Analyst at Yale University. Chris then served as a Research Assistant, collaborating with a professor on wind speed variability characterization methods, which led to a publication in the Wiley Wind Energy journal. In parallel, they undertook a role in Computer Science Research.

In 2021, Chris joined East Light Partners as a Project Developer, where they led research, engaged with landowners, and managed site control for several solar projects. Chris also facilitated successful project applications to New York State's renewable energy solicitation.

In 2022, Chris joined Highside Labs as a Software Engineer, specializing in e-commerce API integrations. Chris was involved in all aspects of projects, including design and implementation of bespoke software applications.

Most recently, Chris joined Pandium in 2023 as a Software Engineer, further expanding their experience in the field.

Chris West obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Physics, Computer Science, and Mathematics from Yale University. Chris attended Yale University from 2017 to 2021.
