Rekha M is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources business partnering. Currently serving as a Senior Associate at Pando since November 2022, Rekha focuses on supporting growth in human resources for a network-powered SaaS platform that enhances supply chain execution for leading global enterprises. Prior to this role, Rekha was an Associate Consultant at Careernet, specializing in recruitment for product-based companies and SaaS startups from February 2021 to October 2022. Additionally, Rekha gained valuable experience as a Human Resources Intern at Career Factory and as an Account Executive at MiraMed Ajuba. Rekha holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from St. Joseph's College of Engineering and an MBA in Human Resources Management from the University of Madras.
