As the rater/verifier for numerous green building programs, we understand that our most essential role is to verify compliance with program requirements. We serve multifamily housing developers throughout Maryland, DC, Delaware, and into Northern Virginia and Southern Pennsylvania.  We know that construction projects have rapidly changing schedules, so we don’t travel farther for site visits, but we are able to offer some services nationally.
