Tom Kasper is a seasoned sales and business development professional with extensive experience in the electric vehicle charging and lighting industries. Currently serving as the Director of Sales at Pando Electric since July 2025, Tom oversees innovative Level 2 electric vehicle charging solutions for multifamily properties. Prior to this role, Tom was the Senior Business Development Manager at SWTCH, promoting EV charging in the Central US, and held positions at PG enlighten and TCP Lighting, where significant sales growth and territory management were achieved. Tom began a career in outside sales at Casey Electric Sales Inc. and has also held project management and service management roles earlier in the career. Tom earned a Bachelor of Science in Technical Systems Management from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2010.
