Jordan Guevara

Jordan Guevara has been working in the culinary industry since 2008. Jordan started as a Line Cook at Restaurant Hapa and then moved on to become a Chef Tournant at Plum Restaurant in 2013. In 2014, they became a Chef De Parti at Coi Restaurant, followed by a Chef De Partie at SingleThread Farm - Restaurant - Inn in 2016. In 2017, they took on the role of Sous Chef at Lazy Bear and Lead Team Kitchen Coordinator at Bocuse d'Or Team USA. In 2019, they became a Chef De Cuisine at Nico, and is currently working as a Software Engineer at Pando since 2022.

Jordan Guevara is currently enrolled at App Academy, where they are pursuing a degree in Software with a focus on Web dev.
