Jordan Guevara has been working in the culinary industry since 2008. Jordan started as a Line Cook at Restaurant Hapa and then moved on to become a Chef Tournant at Plum Restaurant in 2013. In 2014, they became a Chef De Parti at Coi Restaurant, followed by a Chef De Partie at SingleThread Farm - Restaurant - Inn in 2016.
