Dirk Brown

Dirk Brown has held various roles in the business world since 1995. Dirk began their career at AMD as a Member of Technical Staff. In 1999, they moved to HCD Inc. as Executive Vice President. In 2003, they joined Neoconix as Executive Vice President, Marketing & Corporate Strategy and CEO of Epic Technology -> Neoconix. In 2009, they became Chairman & CEO at Pandoodle Corp. and in 2011, they were appointed Director of the McNair Institute for Entrepreneurism and Free Enterprise and Director of the Faber Entrepreneurship Center at the University of South Carolina. In 2018, they became Executive Chairman & Managing Partner at PROOF Alcohol Ice Cream.

Dirk Brown obtained a B.Sc. in Applied Physics from Queen's University between 1986 and 1990. Dirk then went on to pursue a Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from Cornell University, which they completed in 1995. Afterwards, Dirk Brown completed an MBA from San Jose State University in 1998.
