Aimee Castro

Aimee Castro is the Director of LATAM Supply Chain & North America Facilities at Pandora, where they focus on operations management and continuous improvement. They have a demonstrated history in the luxury goods and jewelry industry, having previously held roles such as Operations Manager at Burt's Bees and Industrial Engineer at Hormel Foods. Aimee earned a B.S.I.E in Industrial Engineering from Kansas State University and has also served as Customer Experience Manager and Director of Facilities Management at Pandora.
