Carin Root

Carin Root is an experienced professional in marketing and project management, currently serving as the Global Go-To-Market Lead for Lab-Grown Diamonds and Global Brand Manager for GBU Moments & Collaborations at Pandora since August 2019. In this role, Carin defines product and communication strategies and leads the development of comprehensive marketing plans. Prior to Pandora, Carin worked at EY from August 2013 to April 2019 as a Manager in management consulting, specializing in strategic project transformations within the Retail and Consumer Products sector. Carin's earlier experience includes roles as a Senior Management Consultant and Consultant, as well as an internship at IKEA Group. Carin holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University, completed in 2013.
