Elise Smith

Elise Smith is a seasoned professional in human resources and talent development, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources. With extensive experience at Victoria's Secret as a Store Manager from 2002 to 2015, Elise also held multiple key roles at Pandora, including Learning Experience Instructional Designer and Director of Global Learning & Capability. Elise earned a BS in Sport Management and Business Administration from Towson University, following an earlier study in Commercial Fitness at Radford University. Additionally, Elise is a certified Clifton Strengths Coach, further enhancing their expertise in talent development.
