Rasmus Brix serves as the SVP Global Commercial Operations at Pandora since October 2016, leading all commercial functions with oversight of a €1 billion+ P&L in e-commerce, 2,500 retail stores, and 5,000 wholesale partner points of sale. Previous roles include Managing Director for the UK and Ireland, where Rasmus achieved significant revenue growth and enhanced employee engagement, and Managing Director for DACH, BENELUX & NORDICS, driving strong revenue increases through strategic improvements. Rasmus has also held the position of Chief Transformation Officer, overseeing a major global transformation initiative, and has extensive consulting experience from Bain & Company. Rasmus holds a Master's in Logistics and SCM and a Bachelor's in Business Administration, both from Aarhus University.
